These children's leggings are made in the USA from extra soft  in a Sailor Stripe pattern. Cute and classic, our kid's leggings pair well with any outfit. The smaller sizes have a gusset to allow for diaper room. Everything from the seed to the finished garment was grown and sewn in the USA.
